Gameweek 37 Waiver Wire
Here we outline Fantasy EPL Waiver Wire Targets that are 40% rostered or below on Fantrax.
Teams with double gameweeks in GW37:
AVL: CRY, BUR
BUR: tot, avl
CRY: avl, eve
EVE: BRF, CRY
LEI: wat, che
MUN: BLANK
Michael Keane
Position: Defender
Team: Everton
Next Fixture: BRF (H), CRY (H)
Prospects: It was only a matter of time Mina got injured again. And it happened in the gameweek when EVERYONE started him. Good on him. I'm not crying, you are crying! The former Burnley man came in for the game against Watford and rolled back the years to put in a monster Fantrax score. With Everton not safe yet, expect similar Keane magic for 3 more games.
Verdict: I would use any waiver claim or 0-3% of my FAB on Keane
Moises Caicedo
Position: Midfielder
Team: Brighton
Next Fixture: LEE (A)
Prospects: Brighton are poised to compound the misery on Leeds as they face the Yorkshire club potentially short of up to 5 regular starters. Caicedo has been a revelation since his first start a few weeks ago and it looks like he is the flavour of the month in the ever changing Brighton midfielder scene. His all action display provided the spark to demolish Southampton last weekend, and he could do just the same this time around; affectively sealing Leeds' fate.
Verdict: I would use any waiver claim or 0-3% of my FAB on Caicedo.
Eberechi Eze
Position: Midfielder
Team: Crystal Palace
Next Fixture: AVL (A), EVE (A)
Prospects: It has been an excruciatingly long wait for the young talent to gain full fitness. Which was followed by a similarly frustrating sequence of:
pick-up,
drop when he doesn't start,
pick up,
play and see him struggle,
rage drop,
pick up,
bench
combo, which lasted for months. Olise's injury, Ayew's poor form, and Gallagher's meteoric drop, all culminated in Eze finally delivering on the promise of decent fantasy returns in his last 2 starts. The double in GW37 could see him start 2, which would mean he is great value and has very good upside against struggling teams.
Verdict: I would use any waiver claim or 0-3% of my FAB on Eze.
Odsonne Edouard
Position: Forward
Team: Crystal Palace
Next Fixture: AVL (A), EVE (A)
Prospects: Similarly to the aforementioned Eze, Palace forwards Mateta/Edouard could be great value this gameweek. Edouard started on the wing with Zaha starting up top in GW36, and he has delivered good points in his last 2 starts. Look out for him in the starting XI against Villa and hope he starts the second.
Verdict: I would use any waiver claim or 0-3% of my FAB on Edouard.
