Fantrax EPL: Gameweek 37 Sleepers XI

Our Gameweek 37 Sleepers XI article provides Fantrax managers with a lineup of Fantasy EPL hidden gems.  Our starting eleven of Draft Premier League differential picks will help you find a golden ticket to a big score this weekend!  These hints and tips will give you a better chance of picking up an all-important victory, as one of our picks could easily make the difference in a Head-to-Head game!

We'll be focusing on players that will bring us not only attacking returns or clean sheets, but also those players that score "ghost points" on the sophisticated and statistics based Fantrax Scoring System!

Fantasy EPL Gameweek 37 Sleepers XI

For this article, we use the % rostered from Fantrax. Our only rule is that each player we highlight is required to be rostered in 60% of leagues or below at the time of writing. Therefore there's a good chance these players will be free agents in your Fantrax Draft League!

GK: Martin Dubravka

Team: Newcastle United

Opponent: Sheffield United (Home)

Rostered: 30%

Points Last Gameweek: -3.75

Prospects: My Gameweek 37 Sleepers XI goalkeeper is Martin Dubravka. Newcastle face Sheffield United this week, and I don't particularly trust any of their defenders. So therefore Dubravka starts in goal. Yes, the Blades beat Everton on Sunday, but they don't score many goals. If the Slovakian shot-stopper is a free agent, he's the best goalkeeper streaming option for this week.

DEF: Matt Doherty

Team: Tottenham

Opponent: Aston Villa (Home)

Rostered: 45%

Points Last Gameweek: 0

Prospects: Serge Aurier is unlikely to play again this season, which opens the door for Matt Doherty and Japhet Tanganga for the final two games. Tanganga started in Gameweek 36, so I'm therefore backing Doherty to start against Villa in Gameweek 37. The Irishman has had a poor first season at Tottenham; he'll be desperate to show Mason, and any future managers, what he can do!

DEF: Gabriel Magalhaes

Team: Arsenal

Opponent: Crystal Palace (Away)

Rostered: 39%

Points Last Gameweek: N/A

Prospects: Another player who has had a poor first season with a new club is Gabriel Magalhaes. The Arsenal centre-back has been in and out of the side as he's struggled to adjust to the Premier League. But Gabriel has started the last three games for the Gunners and they've kept clean sheets in two of them. Arteta has to give the Brazilian minutes as the season draws to a close, and Arsenal face Crystal Palace this week. Gabriel will be up against Benteke, so aerial points should be on the cards.

DEF: Pascal Struijk

Team: Leeds United

Opponent: Southampton (Away)

Rostered: 19%

Points Last Gameweek: 15.25

ProspectsPascal Struijk has performed pretty well in Fantrax over the last four games, as he's averaged just over 10 points per game. Much better than his season average of 5.42! The Belgian/Dutch/Indonesian defender is a solid pick as Leeds face a trip to Southampton. Now that Phillips is back in his defensive midfield role they will have more stability, and I fancy Struijk for another decent score this week.

DEF: Rhys Williams

Team: Liverpool

Opponent: Burnley (Away)

Rostered: 14%

Points Last Gameweek: 4.75

Prospects: My final Gameweek 37 Sleepers XI defender is a punt on Rhys Williams. Liverpool have a very easy schedule to finish the season, and it doesn't look at though Kabak is going to feature for the Reds again. Therefore, Williams should start alongside Nat Phillips once again for the trip to Burnley. The Englishman doesn't look to have an amazing points floor, but I think Liverpool will gain a clean sheet in GW37.

MID: Joe Willock

Team: Newcastle United

Opponent: Sheffield United (Home)

Rostered: 40%

Points Last Gameweek: 12

Prospects: Kicking off my Gameweek 37 Sleepers XI midfield is Arsenal's most in-form Fantrax player. Joe Willock. The on-loan Newcastle man has scored five goals in his last five appearances; from the bench in GW30, 32 and 33, and from the start in GW35 and 36. With Newcastle facing already relegated Sheffield United this week, Willock is a must-have signing if you can. He's sure to start this one, and scoring a sixth consecutive goal seems likely. Jacob Murphy (7% ownership) is a good alternative here.

MID: Giovani Lo Celso

Team: Tottenham

Opponent: Aston Villa (Home)

Rostered: 37%

Points Last Gameweek: 8

Prospects: Next up is a player tipped by @draftgenie over on Fantrax HQ in our weekly Waiver Wire article. Giovani Lo Celso has started Tottenham's last four games, and gained 8 points in each of the last two. The Argentinean midfielder is playing fairly deep, but he has a penchant for picking up points for tackles, as well as the odd attacking statistic. With Mason's men playing a Villa side who are conceding a fair amount at the moment (6 in the last 3), I would happily start any asset from Tottenham's midfield. An attacking return for Lo Celso could be on the cards.

MID: Morgan Gibbs-White

Team: Wolves

Opponent: Everton (Away)

Rostered: 3%

Points Last Gameweek: 11.5

ProspectsMorgan Gibbs-White started for Wolves against Tottenham and gained a cool 11.5 points without attacking returns. The young midfielder produced four key passes and two successful dribbles in a very decent display. I would expect Gibbs-White to start his third consecutive game in Gameweek 37 as Nuno plans for next season. Wolves face a trip to an Everton side who have only kept one home clean sheet all season; there should be goals on offer for the likes of Gibbs-White, Silva, and Traore.

MID: Fabio Carvalho

Team: Fulham

Opponent: Manchester United (Away)

Rostered: 2%

Points Last Gameweek: 20.5

Prospects: First things first, I'm not going to look up Fabio Carvalho on Wikipedia and pretend that I know anything about the Fulham youngster. The youth academy prospect was handed his first EPL start at the weekend against Southampton, and he scored! Now that Fulham are relegated, Parker might as well give youth players or fringe players a chance ahead next season. Lookman is only on loan at Fulham, so I wouldn't expect him to start again this season. Carvalho should be given another start in Gameweek 37 against a Manchester United defence who will be without Maguire.

FWD: Rodrigo Moreno

Team: Leeds United

Opponent: Southampton (Away)

Rostered: 48%

Points Last Gameweek: 26.5

Prospects: I backed Rodrigo Moreno last week with my thinking being that he deserves a chance in the starting lineup after having a frustrating few months with injuries. The Spaniard was not given a start by Bielsa, but he did come on as a substitute to score two goals and bag 26.5 points on Fantrax! For any managers who started Rodrigo due to having lineups that lock at the start of the gameweek, you would have been handsomely rewarded! But anyway, Gameweek 37 is surely the week that Rodrigo starts, and Leeds face a Southampton side who haven't kept an EPL clean sheet since March 6th.

FWD: Daniel Jebbinson

Team: Sheffield United

Opponent: Newcastle United (Away)

Rostered: 0%

Points Last Gameweek: 17

Prospects: Like Carvallho above, Daniel Jebbinson was given his first EPL start at the weekend and he too managed to score. His goal turned out to be the winning effort against Everton. I would expect Jebbinson to start again this week as Sheffield United take a trip up to Newcastle. We're coming to the end of a grueling and exhausting season (for the players, and for Fantasy EPL managers), so why not take a punt or two on academy players we know very little about?!
