Gameweek 34 Waiver Wire
Here we outline Fantasy EPL Waiver Wire Targets that are 40% rostered or below on Fantrax. These players should perform well over the upcoming period!
Liam Cooper
Position: Defender
Team: Leeds
Rostered: 23%
Next Fixture: BOU (A)
Prospects: A legend within the Fantrax community, Cooper recovered to start midweek but struggled, so you might be able to pick him up under the radar. Bournemouth, despite stringing together a decent run of results, are still very much in the relegation scrap and struggle to score a lot. Cooper should do well, perhaps even having a chance at those elusive clean sheet points.
Verdict: I would use a low-end waiver pick or 1-3 FAB to get him.
Michael Keane
Position: Defender
Team: Everton
Rostered: 31%
Next Fixture: LEI (A)
Prospects: He may have only scored 3 points in the mid-week matchup against Newcastle, but that was 3 with a minus 8 for goals conceded, meaning he, again, achieved double-digit ghosts. The aerial legend Keane should be on your roster for the run-in.
Verdict: I would use a mid-tier waiver pick or 5-8 FAB to get him.
Jacob Murphy
Position: Midfielder
Team: Newcastle
Rostered: 26%
Next Fixture: SOU (H)
Prospects: Don't sleep on Murphy, who might have been dropped in some leagues once it became clear he wouldn't start. I expect this to have been nothing more than a strategic benching and fully anticipate his reinstatement into the starting XI for this weekend's "Alan Shearer Derby." Choose him over middling potential 180-minute DGW-ers.
Verdict: I would use a mid-tier waiver pick or 5-8 FAB to get him.
Manor Solomon
Position: Forward
Team: Fulham
Rostered: 20%
Next Fixture: MCI (H), LIV (A)
Prospects: He was a late introduction to the game when Willian pulled up during warm-ups. Although there is still no news about the Brazilian's availability, even if he is fit, I expect Solomon to feature at least once in the double. On paper, both opponents look tough, but neither are used to keeping clean sheets this season, so if you are looking for a potentially high-upside punt, go for Solomon.
Verdict: I would use a low-end waiver pick or 1-3 FAB to get him.
