Gameweek 31 Waiver Wire
Here we outline Fantasy EPL Waiver Wire Targets that are 40% rostered or below on Fantrax. These are the low rostered players who could perform very well over the upcoming period!
The following teams have two fixtures in DGW31:
Everton: WHU (A), BUR (A)
Burnley: MCI (H), EVE (H)
Charlie Taylor
Position: Defender
Team: Burnley
Rostered: 26%
Next Fixture: MCI (H), EVE (H)
Prospects: This pick is not for the faint-hearted. Starting against City is a tough ask, especially for a defender, who has not cracked double digits since before Christmas. You can also look at it from a different perspective; we are recommending you start the 13th best ghosting defender in a double, where he is guaranteed to start 180 minutes. Sounds much better, right?
Verdict: I would use a low-end waiver claim or 0-1% of my FAB on Taylor
Mohamed Elyounoussi
Position: Midfielder
Team: Southampton
Rostered: 26%
Next Fixture: LEE (A)
Prospects: This Morocco-born Norwegian has been providing fantasy points in the last few games even though his team has been struggling. Although Leeds are looking a bit better than they used to under Bielsa, they are still not defending very well, so Southampton assets are a good bet against them.
Verdict: I would use a low-end waiver claim or 0-3% of my FAB on Elyounoussi.
Solly March
Position: Midfielder
Team: Brighton
Rostered: 25%
Next Fixture: NOR (H)
Prospects: March has started 2 in a row and looked decent in both tough games against Liverpool and Spurs both IRL and Fantrax. Now comes the cherry on top, Norwich at home. While I would not venture as far as guessing how a Brighton starting XI looks like after the IB, March provides a great way to buy into an attacking unit going up against Norwich. You will most likely be able to snap him up at lineup announcements.
Verdict: I would use a low-end waiver claim or 0% of my FAB on March.
Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall
Position: Midfielder
Team: Leicester
Rostered: 16%
Next Fixtures: BRF (H)
Prospects: Do not sleep on KDH! He has been one of the best players for Leicester this year and has been steadily bringing in points for his managers in our fantasy game too. A solid floor with some upside and guaranteed minutes will win you games in the minimum 3 (yes, three) DGWs they are about to have ROS! Pick him up now and plug him in if you have been shafted by rotation. You will not regret it.
Verdict: I would use a high-end waiver claim or 5-8% of my FAB on KDH.
