Essential reading before the Tuesday waiver requests process!

Gameweek 29 Waiver Wire

Here we outline Fantasy EPL Waiver Wire Targets that have 40% rostered or below on Fantrax. These players should perform well over the upcoming period!

Nayef Aguerd

Position: Defender

Team: West Ham

Rostered: 4%

Next Fixture: SOU (H), NEW (H)

Prospects: A smart man once said: "I'm getting very strong proceed with caution alerts from Villa and West Ham defenders this week." Well, It was the Podfather himself Sir Joe! And I can only echo that feeling. that said, the matchups on paper look very good for centre back. It will be a recurring theme here, but at some point, some of these teams hovering in and around the relegation zone will have to start performing to pull themselves up. And just like my next recommendation, West Ham have to be one of the teams to get their shit together.

Verdict: I would use a mid-tier waiver pick or 1-3 FAB to get him.

Harry Souttar

Position: Defender

Team: Leicester

Rostered: 4%

Next Fixture: CRY (A), AVL (H)

Prospects: 7 points (1GA), 6 points (3GA), 13 points (1GA). these are the big Aussie's latest scores. Those numbers are even more impressive, when you consider that they came with no key passes, 1 shot on target and only 2 tackles won. How(!?), I hear you asking. 21 aerials won and 12 clearances. That is how. The man is a beast! Ghost floor for days. Get him in for the great upcoming Leicester run.

Verdict: I would use a mid-tier waiver pick or 5-8 FAB to get him.

Felipe

Position: Defender

Team: Nottingham Forest

Rostered: 35%

Next Fixture: WOL (H), LEE (A)

Prospects: Felipe leads the league in Aerials won per 90. If he had enough games to quailfy, he would be around the very top of our Ghost Points Tracker. He is projected by Draftlad to score the 11th most points in the upcoming gameweek. He has not had a score below 6 points since joining with at least one goal conceded in each of his games. He is one of those players who is 100% rostered in all community and active leagues, yet in the entirety of Fantrax, he is only at 35%. If you play in one of the 65% leagues where he is not rostered, 1. Pick him up, 2. Get in touch with us to recommend you a big boys league!

Verdict: I would use any waiver pick or 12-15 FAb to get him.

Evan Ferguson

Position: Forward

Team: Brighton

Rostered: 4%

Next Fixture: SOU (H), NEW (H)

Prospects: Ferguson took the EPL and the fantasy community by storm when he slotted in seamlessly into the most exciting team in this season's Premier League. He has had some troubles lately (hence the low rostership), but the number of games coming up for Brighton make this pickup one for the rest of the season. I would recommend moving mountains to get him off the wire.

Verdict: I would use any waiver pick or 15-18 FAb to get him.
