Gameweek 24 Hot List
These are Fantasy EPL players that have risen in our Weekly ROS Rankings! Keep an eye on these Draft Premier League players, and bring them into your Fantrax squad if you can.
Emi Buendia
Position: Midfielder
Team: Aston Villa
GW23 Rank: 31
GW24 Rank: 17
What's Changed?: Emi Buendia is officially back!! When Villa signed Coutinho on-loan until the end of the season, many thought it would be Buendia who would miss out. In fact, I think its actually helping him as Coutinho makes Villa a better side, and also provides a distraction for opposition defenders. The Argentinian magician is now showing the sort of form that his quality deserves, with 58.5 points gained during his last three appearances. Buendia fills out the stats sheet really well, with key passes and successful dribbles his bread and butter. The former Norwich midfielder also gets stuck in with his defensive duties, with points gained from tackles won, interceptions, aerials, and even blocked shots in his last three games. I now rank Buendia ahead of Gallagher, Grealish, JWP, Tielemans, and Silva, and he's not far behind Maddison, ASM, and Foden.
Aymeric Laporte
Position: Defender
Team: Manchester City
GW23 Rank: 146
GW24 Rank: 97
What's Changed?: I've moved Aymeric Laporte up 49 places to 97th overall, after somehow previously missing the fact that he's City's most consistent CB at the moment. Laporte has started nine games in a row, and played 90 minutes in every one of them. He must be on for a Pep-rotation record!!! The French-born Spaniard is now the 72nd highest scoring Fantrax player, and 20th highest scoring defender. He has a good influx of points from clean sheets and attacking returns, and sometimes scores ok for aerial wins. I traded out Shaw for Laporte ahead of GW23, and I'm very happy with that piece of business.
Milot Rashica
Position: Midfielder
Team: Norwich City
GW23 Rank: 97
GW24 Rank: 89
What's Changed?: Milot Rashica has been steadily rising up my rankings in recent weeks, after returning from injury on Jan 12th. The Kosovar midfielder is now up to 89th overall, with Norwich out of the relegation zone and currently on a two game win streak (!). Rashica is Norwich's best Fantrax asset, and looks to have settled into life in Norfolk. I think he has more potential than the likes of Sancho, Kovacic, Redmond, Norgaard and Hudson-Odoi to name a few. Try and trade Rashica in for any decent midfielder you currently roster. His scores in recent weeks haven't been amazing, but he's essential to everything Dean Smith is trying to do at the club.
Patson Daka
I also want to briefly highlight Patson Daka once again. I featured the Zambian forward in my Gameweek 22 Hot or Cold article, but I need to once again after two goals in the two games since! I've moved him up to 36th overall, which may be a bit high for some, but I strongly believe he will stay in the side and find the back of the net more often than not. Vardy is out injured, Daka scores goals.

Gameweek 24 Cold List
These are Fantasy EPL players that have fallen in our Weekly ROS Rankings. This may be due to poor form, they have been dropped from the best 11, they have suffered an injury, or received a suspension. It's time to consider trading out these Draft Premier League players from your rosters!
Danny Ings
Position: Forward
Team: Aston Villa
GW23 Rank: 82
GW24 Rank: 110
What's Changed?: Since November, Danny Ings has scored more than 1.5 points on just one occasion. Now that Villa have added Coutinho to their attacking ranks, his playing time looks to be even more limited going forward. Bailey should be back from injury soon, as well as Bertrand Traore returning from Afcon. I see Watkins featuring as the central striker more often than not, and therefore Ings is 100% droppable in Fantrax. I've dropped the Englishman down to 110th overall.
Recommendation: Time to drop.
Everton Assets
Position: All
Team: Everton
GW23 Rank: DCL: 24, Townsend: 36, Gray: 48, Keane: 51.
GW24 Rank: DCL: 30, Townsend: 44, Gray: 58, Keane: 59.
What's Changed?: I'm featuring the top four Everton assets here as they've all dropped down my rankings this week. Calvert-Lewin is now 30th overall, Townsend 44th, Gray 58th, and Keane 59th. It's hard to judge the future prospects of these four Everton assets without a new manager in charge, but due to Everton's poor form they had to move down. They are a club in turmoil, with the sale of Digne to rivals Aston Villa summing the whole situation up. Selling him in a cut-price deal due to Rafa not liking him, only to sack Rafa one game later. Awful. They should have been building the side around the French left-back!! Anyway, back to current assets. I hope Calvert-Lewin will be fine under the new manager, but the prospects of Townsend, Gray and Keane are up in the air. It's hard to tell if these three players will be regular starts going forward.
Recommendation: Hang on to your Everton assets for now, but be prepared to drop or trade out the likes of Townsend or Keane if they aren't favored going forward. I think they are worth keeping for now to see how things play out.
Daniel Podence
Position: Midfielder
Team: Wolves
GW23 Rank: 64
GW24 Rank: 77
What's Changed?: Daniel Podence scored 11.5 points against Brighton on Dec 15th, and 18 points against Man United on Jan 3rd. Both of these points scores came without attacking returns, and I was hoping Podence was going to become a consistent Fantrax asset. With just 4.5 and 3.5 points coming during Wolves' last two games, both of which they won and scored multiple goals, I'm very disappointed the Portuguese midfielder scored poorly. I've still got Podence ranked at 77th overall, but his recent scores have been disappointing.
Recommendation: If you roster him, I would recommend trying to trade Podence out for the likes of Olise, Mac Allister, or Rashica, or, failing that, keep hold of him and hope his scores improve.
